Manuel Arias Chao successfully defends his dissertation
On July 15th, our doctoral student Manuel Arias Chao at the Chair of Intelligent Maintenance Systems successfully defended his thesis “Combining Deep Learning and Physics-based Performance Models for Diagnostics and Prognostics”.
The thesis was supervised by Prof. Dr. Olga Fink and was reviewed by the co-examiners Prof. Dr. Bryan Adey, Prof. Dr. Kai Goebel and Prof. Dr. Christophe Berenguer. Prof. Dr. Ioannis Anastasopoulos was invited to chair the whole doctoral exam session.
