Activities of the IMS Chair at the ETH Industry Day
The Chair of Intelligent Maintenance System participated in the ETH Industry Day that attracted more than 600 participants. Prof. Olga Fink presented the Chair’s research activities during the Cyber-physical System session, while the latest research developments of the group were part of the main exhibition.
Smart Maintenance Conference 2019
The Chair of Intelligent Maintenance Systems organized the third edition of the Smart Maintenance Conference, hosted at the ETH Zürich. This year’s edition gathered around 200 participants with diverse perspectives, from the industry and Academia, and gained a stronger international stature with participants from Switzerland, Germany, Austria, France and several other countries.
ETH Global lecture "Getting to Mars in one piece" given by Dr. Kai Goebel
The IMS Chair has co-organized an ETH Global lecture on “Getting to Mars in one piece” given by Dr. Kai Goebel, Principal Scientist at Palo Alto Research Center (PARC, a Xerox company), former Area Lead for Discovery and Systems Health at NASA. The lecture has attracted a lot of participants from inside and outside ETH and has fostered lively discussions.
